Seesaw 'getting started' task cards

Seesaw task cards are a great way to help scaffold students when using the tools to complete activities. I have previously created many seesaw task cards for reading, writing, maths and ESOL which are available for purchase.

Today I completed a professional development session at a school starting out with Seesaw, along with completing another one next week for my school. It got me thinking about creating some task cards that help students, especially junior students when it comes to using Seesaw for the first time.
Seesaw already has some great getting started guidelines that take teachers and students through a series of lessons to unpack each tool when beginning with Seesaw. Find the guides here.
I took those guides, and created some task cards that can align with those so students can learn about the Seesaw tools, follow specific instructions when using the tools to become confident users of Seesaw.

These task cards are free to download and use for your students. There are seven in total, that work through using the main tools when starting out: taking a photo, video, creating a drawing, writing note and writing a comment.

Download it from my teachers pay teachers store link here, or download the pdf below. Check out my other Seesaw task cards also.

Hi Jo
Yes the new ones are, they were created a few days ago.
The older Seesaw task cards listed have not yet been updated.
Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for creating these cards. This will be my second year using Seesaw. I think having these available to students will make them more comfortable adding items to their journal, on their own, rather than just responding to activities. Would it be possible for you to make a version for 1:1 devices (remove "find your name and click it")? I don't want to confuse young students early in the year by telling them to ignore certain steps.
