Have kiddies that always need to tell you something?
Or who are too shy to share it with the class?

Use a letterbox!
I created myself a template which kiddies can use to write to me 📫 I love reading what they have written at the end of a day!

Do you get observed from visiting teachers & NEVER hear feedback?

Create a Google from!

Use it to ask key questions of the observers! It could be around engagement, tips for improvement or questions about the observation!

I've used this before & it is always a great insight into how people interpreted their time in my classroom! It is always nice to receive feedback after observations especially when you have been teaching for awhile.
