This how am I feeling chart and poster was designed specifically for my daughter and her emotions. Unpacking how children are feeling can be tricky. This chart has picture icons along with naming the feelings and 9 strategies that students could use to help them.


This comes in 3 versions:

  • Full colour
  • Part colour
  • Black and white


This could be printed out in A4 size, or a smaller chart version for students to keep on them. Laminate to be used with a whiteboard pen for students to tick off their feelings and circle the strategy they could use.
