This phonics pack 4 is a great introduction to using structured literacy in your classroom. No matter what books or phonics programme you are using to support structured literacy in your classroom; this pack will help reinforce those learning concepts you are covering. This pack can be used in whole class teaching, small group teaching, buddy lessons and individual for students.

Spin and cover games: Spin and cover either the picture with the sound or a word including the spun sound
What’s the sound game: Roll the dice and move across the board saying the sound of the picture you land on
Decode & Blend game: Roll the dice and move across the board sounding out the word you land on
Snakes and ladders game
Fill in the sentences: Read the decodable sentences and choose the right word to match from the choices
Write the word activity: Sound out the picture prompts and write them on the cards
Follow up worksheets: Follow up worksheets that can be completed during or after the learning that is going on
Flashcards or teaching cards: Use these for individual practice to give students
This comes in a zip file so you will need the correct software to unzip the file. It will then have all four parts of the resource. The powerpoint show is only a powerpoint show in (ppsx file) and can not be converted to powerpoint or slides due to the format it has been saved in. This ensures the animations are in place and can run successfully.
