These sound crowns are a fun, engaging and exciting activity to reinforce phonics or sound learning. These can be completed as part of your programme tumble, as independent activities or with teacher modelling. These include a crown for each sound A-Z including qu.
How do they work?
Each crown has 8 images to choose from to match the matching sound being focused on. Students think about the first sound and cut out the appropriate image to glue onto their crown. There is also practice space for students to practice forming the sound.
Students then cut out their crown, glue or staple together and can wear it proudly! Use this to reinforce sound learning in your classroom.
This includes two variations of practice for students. With a thicker letter formation line or dots depending on how your students practice their letters.
