Shipping and Refunds

Shipping is based on weight and is a tracked service. There is either urban or rural tracking which is added on in the checkout. Please select the right option that suits your address. Incorrect addresses will be invoiced for the corrected version.
Alternatively there is also a pick-up option for those local to Auckland. 

Physical orders take 2 week turn around for production before shipping. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

There are no refunds on digital products from Mrs Priestley ICT. This is due to the nature of a digital download so please take the time to review your resources before purchasing. 

For physical resources that have been purchased from Mrs Priestley ICT, there are replacement options for damaged or incorrect physical products via email notification within 7 days of the shipment arriving. For change of mind orders, there are no refunds for those items.
